Michael Bennett

Photographer, artist & designer, Michael has worked for newspapers & magazines, including TheTimes, The Independent, The Sunday Times, The BBC, Financial Times, BBC WorldService, New Society, The New Statesman, book publishers, broadcasters, advertising and design agencies, He had a long association with the satirical magazine Private Eye.

A number of Bennett’s portraits of prominent British people commissioned by The Independent are in the permanent collection of the National Portrait Gallery, London, His 1970’s project The Family is in the collection of the Victoria & Albert Museum, London, as are images from a later project Pier Closing Time. He has exhibited and taught widely, has work in public collections, and is a resident of Deal, Kent.

Paul Harvey

Paul has worked as a production designer and art director in film & TV, involved in more than 20 films, pop promos, TV commercials, events and live tours.

Based in Deal for the last five years, his current work includes the design of computer game environments, including the reconstruction of Jurassic Park in Los Angeles at Universal Studios.

As an artist, showing at Deal’s Don’t Walk Walk Gallery, Paul produces sculpture focusing on the use of technology and retro-futurism.
